VRA is a technique for measuring sound detection in infants and young children. It employs modified behavior modification to teach the child to turn his or her head to look at a visual reinforcer (screen) in response to an auditory stimulus. The Minimum Response is the lowest intensity level at which a reliable response is obtained.
